Description
I was born in Paris. Passionate about photography, in the 80s I became an assistant at the 44 rue Legendre studio in Paris, shooting photos for film location scouts, advertising photos, beauty & fashion photos and photo reports.
I produced my first exhibition, "Les enfants et la Musique", which won me the Prix des Jeunes Créateurs de Tignes in '89.
Then, in the early 90s, I became stage manager at Studio Arsenal in Paris, working for clients such as Fiat, Unicef and others. I work for Algerian, Italian and French television stations, radio stations and magazines: Création, Profession Photographe, Figaro Madame, Chasseur d'Images, El Watan, Le Matin, Gazelle...
In parallel with these activities, my photographs brought back from my long journeys in the Middle East will be the subject of several exhibitions. The exhibitions "La Casbah d'Alger" and "Contes et légendes d'Orient" were shown at the Institut du Monde Arabe (Paris), the French Embassy (Algiers), the Centre Culturel d'Egypte (Paris), La Maison des Artistes (Syria, Damascus), and Unesco.
Since the 2000s, I've also produced corporate videos (L'Oréal, Secours Catholique, Le Nôtre, etc.), documentaries and music videos (Manu DiBango, etc.).
I continue to travel to Algeria, Morocco, India and Turkey, to capture the striking beauty of these countries.
